Marc leads product specification and supply across Compound22. Working closely with our agronomy partners, he ensures the right materials are selected, blended or sourced for each job — matched precisely to the surface, environment and performance requirement.
His focus is on accuracy and consistency: correct product selection, correct quantities, and dependable supply — so projects perform as intended without compromise.
Commercial, Operations & Logistics
Luke oversees the commercial, operational and logistical side of Compound22 — translating specification into execution. From pricing and procurement through to scheduling and delivery, his role is to keep supply predictable and projects moving.
Working behind the scenes, Luke coordinates suppliers, manages lead times and ensures materials arrive on site on time, on spec and in the right format.
